“A New Start” is a faith based ministry that is organized as a service to the homeless, inmates, previously incarcerated individuals, and their family members.  A New Start’s mission is to facilitate a holistic approach for the well-being of former offenders and their families, ministering to their needs while building them up with trust, hope, and confidence for recovery, renewal and successful reentry into the community.

Maranatha Corrections LLC owned and operated Victor Valley Medium Correctional Facility. While the State of California had a recidivism rate of 95%, the Victor Valley facility enjoyed a recidivism rate of less than 2%.
